The Schönebeck-Foundation „Zukunft für Kinder“ (future for children) wants to help creating a world in which children don't suffer poverty and develop healthily and freely. A world in which children are treated with dignity and respect. That's why the needs, rights and wishes of children are the focus of projects which are supported by our foundation. Fundraising
We thank everybody who has supported us in 2023. In the meantime our foundation has a broad basis of supporters with our friends and also with people in companies and institutions, who want to know their donation to be used for concrete projects and want to have personal contact partners being able to report about progress and results.

Projects
We have also set our sights high for the year 2023. Our aid will again focus on the country of Nepal. Our focus is on providing children and young people with education, awareness and health care. Girls in particular are often disadvantaged. It cannot and must not be that the injustice of the distribution of wealth on earth particularly affects the weakest in the social structure - children! Your support is also urgently needed here; Corona and the Ukraine war have particularly affected the poorest countries. That is why our help is needed more than ever. Social responsibility
Helping means sharing. In Germany we live in wealth which allows everybody to share with others. And it doesn't need much to give children in disadvantaged situations a little bit of future. Actually it's only about the basics in education, health care and hygiene which have to be fulfilled. Did you ever think about why you have been so lucky to be born in Germany? Perhaps that motivates you to contribute as well.

On July 4, 2022, we were awarded the Medal of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany for our work with the Schönebeck Foundation "Future for Children" by Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier. awarded us the Medal of Merit of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
We were only able to achieve this award together with our supporters, to whom we owe our special thanks.
This is a great incentive to continue, because only together we are strong!
